Who is Allplates?
Allplates are a Gold Coast based, family owned and operated company that provides accurate, on-time, high-quality, 3D Design, Laser Cutting, CNC Punching, CNC Bending, Welding & Fabrication, Powder Coating, and metal processing services using state of the art equipment. Allplates service clients all across Australia, from Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and everywhere in between.
A Brief History
Allplates was founded in 1998 after many years retailing componentry across the steel framed building industry. As demand increased, sufficient need for in-house component manufacture became apparent.
Allplates leased a 250 sqm factory on the Gold Coast, and purchased a CNC plasma and press to begin manufacture. News spread quickly of Allplates expertise and efficiency of manufacture, which lead to the construction of a purpose built 750 sqm factory in 2001.
To maintain momentum and continue delivering the exceptional customer service Allplates was known for, in 2005 Allplates moved into a larger 1100 sqm purpose built factory on Harper St on the Gold Coast. A state of the art Trumpf Laser cutter with the added feature of a rotary axis was purchased, this machine along with a new press put Allplates at the forefront of the metal processing industry, allowing the expansion into CNC Punching and steel Fabrication.
In 2008 a second 1800 sqm factory was built on the Harper St site, allowing the expansion into roll forming of C and Z purlins for the steel building industry, and the continued expansion of the sheet metal business. In 2011 the latest high production Trumpf Laser 5030 and Press 5085 were added to expand capacity, and again in 2016 the latest Trumpf Laser with Fibre technology was added as well a brand new Trumpf Press 5130, Guillotine shear, and Haeger insertion machine to expand capacity and capability to the sheet metal market across Australia
